SHREE RADHEY HOMEOPATHY is a clinical unit operating under CAREVIA Healthcare Private Limited. All online consultations, medical guidance, and treatment services offered through SHREE RADHEY CARE are provided as professional healthcare services. All payments made on this platform are received by CAREVIA Healthcare Private Limited only. Immediately after payment, a proper GST-compliant invoice is generated in the name of CAREVIA Healthcare Private Limited and shared with the patient. This ensures: • Complete billing transparency • Zero risk of fraud • Clear legal accountability • Compliance with payment gateway and tax regulations Patients are advised to rely only on official communication channels mentioned on this website. Doctor’s professional time, expertise, and individualized prescriptions are medical services and cannot be returned, reversed, or cancelled like retail products. All payments are governed under the service agreement of CAREVIA Healthcare Private Limited.

1. Nature of Services

We provide online healthcare consultation services, educational health guidance, and digital wellness support. All services are delivered digitally through one or more of the following: ● Video consultation ● Audio call ● WhatsApp / email communication ● Digital dashboards or reports

2. Medical Disclaimer

● Online consultations are based on information shared by the patient & accordingly medicines prescribed are delivered to patient post consultation. ● SHREE RADHEY CARE includes consultation followed by prescribed personalised homeopathic medicines delivered to patient. While Dr Chakshu Mishra’s online consultation charges do not include medication. For patients consulting Dr Chakshu, prescribed personalised homeopathic medicines are charged separately & delivered to patient. ● These services do not replace emergency medical care. ● In case of medical emergencies, patients must seek immediate in-person medical attention. We do not guarantee cures, permanent results, or fixed timelines.

3. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that: ● You are at least 18 years old, or ● You are using the service under supervision of a parent/guardian.

4. Payments

● All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. ● We do not store card, UPI, or banking information on our servers. ● Prices are clearly mentioned before payment. ● Since Homeopathic consultations include dispensed personalised Homeopathic medicine, hence till date we are exempted from filing GST. Any invoices processed include the company's PAN.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to: ● Provide accurate and complete health information ● Not misuse the consultation or digital content ● Not share or resell services without authorization

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for: ● Delays due to technical issues ● Outcomes dependent on patient compliance ● Any indirect or consequential loss
