REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

    IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT

    1. No Refund Policy

    Once an online consultation or digital service is booked and payment is completed, no refunds or cancellations are permitted. This is because: ● Time slots and professional resources are reserved ● Services are personalized and digitally delivered ● Any Medication prescribed & delivered are personalised & dispensed as per individual case. So any such charges collected cannot be refunded back.

    2. Missed Appointments

    ● Failure to attend a scheduled consultation does not qualify for a refund ● Rescheduling is always allowed but only at our discretion.

    3. Exceptional Circumstances

    Refunds, if any, are issued only at the sole discretion of the management in rare and genuine cases.

    4. Payment Disputes

    Any payment-related concerns must be raised by emailing us within 48 hours of the transaction.

    5. Mode of Refund (If Approved)

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
